Non-scale victory of the week!

gained 20 pounds back over the last 4 months, and lost my transformer diet bet game, but today is a bee beginning… gonna do it this time and concentrate on maintaining once I lose the weight. I’m tired of losing and gaining it back, at least I didn’t gain it all back though before getting back in track so this is a win!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Followed a 3 day detox and used all ingedients, even ones I don’t care for like ginger. I feel awesome after completing it and know I will have less cravings for fast food and junk food now!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have the walking routine down but I Still need to get the yoga and exercise routine down, gonna start that this week for sure.

Staying consistent with long term healthy eating. I finish a diet bet and often go back to unhealthy eating.

It’s Christmas time and I’m also going on vacation to New York for 10 days so making the most healthy choices for food that is possible and maintaining walking and some yoga if nothing else.
