I just finished my third day in a row at Orange Theory, Also last month December I managed to get there 10 times, this month my goal is to go to Orange at least 13 times!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to start tracking my food, but I want to get back into that slowly since I can tend to start to obsess over it.
