I didn’t go crazy in Vegas with food and I watched my portion sizes

I could of gotten in a workout but I was walking on average 20,000 steps a day

I didn’t gain weight while traveling. I made good choices 80% of the time

I could of not drank the cokes I had during the conference and drank a little less alcohol

I went out to dinner with a whole bunch of friends and I didn’t drink wine or any fun drinks like they all did

I need to start taping my knee better so I don’t hurt myself

Non-scale victory of the week!

I just finished my third day in a row at Orange Theory, Also last month December I managed to get there 10 times, this month my goal is to go to Orange at least 13 times!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to start tracking my food, but I want to get back into that slowly since I can tend to start to obsess over it.
