I did meal prep last week and the food was healthy and lasted me almost the entire week. It was great. Want to do that today since it should last me until Sunday (the next meal prep day)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Our company meeting happened and they provided the food and endless drinks and that caused chaos in my weight in. Whoops. I could have not eaten all the foods and drank all the drinks. Also went out with the bro and dan and people on saturday and drank waaaay to much and went to sleep too late. But didn’t eat and drink not as much as the company meeting. But I had a great time so fuck it. Next week will be better :)
