I stayed pretty much on track with food with a slip up but did way better than I’ve been doing. stuck to my workouts and water intake. meals were good

I did food prep for work and didn’t give in to all my cravings this week. I also journaled all my food. junk and all which i usually skip cuz I feel bad about it
