What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals are much different this round my son got married 2 1/2 years ago when I was a slim 144 pounds I’m now pushing 180. I haven’t ever been this heavy except when I was pregnant. Now I’m motivated. My husband and my son are doing this with me. We all have to get healthy again. Baby steps 2 to 3 pounds a week is my goal.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m very competitive. So this is probably more about not losing but now that I’ve accomplished my goal and I’m that much closer to my goal weight, I feel great!

I’m not sure I work very hard so I’m pretty happy with everything

I want to continue with my weight loss another 5 to 8 pounds would be ultimate but I also want to continue working out and start to tone up.
