Staying motivated when I am doing everything right and the weight still isn't coming off as fast as I think it should.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stick with it no matter what the scales says. By sticking to it I mean 1200-1300 calories per day and exercising in some fashion everyday. Not ending my day in 5 shot margaritas as shown below.
