What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Focus on my diet again. The illness has caused me to stop thinking about it. Also I thought it would cause weight loss but it didn’t so obviously I need to still diet even with gastroenteritis.That’s my weight problem for you. At least I didn’t gain though. I’ll keep my calories below 1300. Not sure how much I will be able to exercise while sick though. I will the doctor tomorrow to see what can be done about this problem.

I had to take some winter clothes in that fit fine last year.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

stick to the daily meal plan. don’t start eating things while out and about and then taking things out of the plan to make up for it. Don’t be a suck! If you’re hungry, then you’re losing weight!

Stay under 1225 calories. Do some housecleaning as extra exercise on top of the usual. Plan daily food well ahead.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stay under 1450 calories per day until Wednesday and see how that affects my weight loss as I am losing too quickly. Also, plan my meals well ahead and record in chronometer before shopping for food.
