Overall, I would say to take it one step at a time. I realized that counting points and being active are things I will have to do for the rest of my life. When you approach it that way, you make it fun and realistic. I don't deprive myself of anything. I just create new habits. And when I want a reese's, I have a reese's. Just not every day.
