Non-scale victory of the week!
I only got 2 coffee drinks from Dunkin’ Donuts last weeks instead of at least 5. I chose waters the rest of my visits with clients there. I also did not go to Starbucks once last week for food or drinks. I packed my lunch 4 days last week
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have walked a bit more even though I have increased my steps greatly

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
to continue not choosing calorie laden drinks and packing my lunch. I am going to clean the area for my walking pad and start using it to make sure I get my full 10,000 steps per day
