Non-scale victory of the week!
I went to mother inlaw bday and had Asian fruit cake. I listened to my body when it said stop. I was proud I didn't feel I had to eat it all. I got one of my favorite almond crisp cookies for valentine. I asked for them. Didn't realize how many came in a package. I a couple and was okay. I used to eat a the whole package. Many victories is listening to my body.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Maybe some more stretches to help my back muscle. I need do more flexibility.
