Tips: Have a good plan and stick to it. And the Slow Carb diet (if you stick to it precisely) will just melt fat off your body. And that's without any exercise at all. Add that in and increase your calorie intake a bit to compensate and it gets even better.

My big thing is that I need to plan out my meals and I eat largely the same thing for breakfast and dinner every day. For some reason knowing that helps me avoid temptation during the day. Once I get home I'm in the clear, but there isn't much bad food lying around the house.
