Non-scale victory of the week!
I feel so great losing weight. I have not been able to lose weight for a long time. But I finally have found a method that works for me: the Keto diet with a few cheat days a week. The cheat days shocks your system into processing carbs and then when you go back to eating clean, it’s like magic! Your body stays in high gear for a couple of days. This works well especially when the scale seems to get stuck and doesn’t move. I also use intermittent fasting works. Don’t eat after 5pm and break the fast at 10 or 11 am the next day. This is a lifestyle of eating that I can maintain for life. Hallelujah!
