Non-scale victory of the week!

Proud of my exercise! Even though I have been celebrating my best friend’s birthday all week, still didn’t completely go overboard.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Coming off the Daniel Fast, I should have kept closer to some of those food options.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was traveling on company business and had multiple opportunities to make bad food choices - Chicken minis for breakfast, brownie for lunch, big dinner with appetizer,meal,drink an dessert. Able to resist it all!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I only exercised twice but I did average 10,000 steps a day.
