Non-scale victory of the week!

I can fit in some clothes better and I can feel my waist better

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was very busy this week, so I feel like some of that weight loss was me not having time to eat. I need to be more diligent in eating all of my meals, but it’s so much.

I have been able to manage my eating. I didn’t have much time to exercise, so I actually gained a pound, but I’m ok with that.
