What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My family and their eating habits always make it difficult for me to stick to a new lifestyle change. Also, I wake up with my husband at 2:30 AM to get him ready for work and most days I stay up. Therefore, I rarely get enough sleep.
