Dieting was always my biggest failure. I literally have been on almost every diet out there. After my diet was over I always gained back the weight plus more. That will make you feel like a failure then eat more because f-it I already screwed up. It all starting changing when I gave up dieting. At first it seemed ridiculous. Make small changes to your life and I mean tiny changes. Walk a block, cut french fries, eat a apple a day etc... Do things so simple and easy you think its stupid. After a few weeks add just one more easy thing. When you start succeeding at small goals it starts to add up. And you feel great about yourself. This is forever my friend, not just for diet bet!!!
