I made good choices while having family celebrations and I was consistent about my water intake all week!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Life was a little crazy and I didn’t get in the gym as much as I was hoping to.. I did get my steps at least six days.

I hit my hundred pounds I’m so thrilled!! it was 10 pounds off for the bet and I could not be happier!!!
