What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Mental and physical factors that have been preventing me from pushing forward. Specifically speaking for mental aspect, the anxiety/depression and PTSD. For the physical aspect, my ankle pain and achilles tendonitis that increase with even just wearing tennis shoes and/or walking.

Going forward as I start this Dietbet and journey back to ME, my goals for the week will be simple; a mental check-in each day and affirmation that I can do this, as well as starting better sleep habits. As for exercise, my goal will be low impact such as yoga and some meditation 3 days a week.
