Ate less processed food and my joints are singing "Hallelujah"!

Meditate time; I've got a few heavy work obligations and need to prioritize some me time so that I don't overdo it AND give in to emotional eating.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got myself back on track with food a couple of days ago and hip pain has almost fully subsided; I must remember how much food is connected to my joint health!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating was off the rails and it really had a negative impact on my joint pain.
