Honestly, I didn't have one.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sticking with the plan even when I was feeling low and depressed. Reaching out for help instead of isolating myself. Prepping my food, eating less salt.

Because I stopped eating a right before bedtime, I woke up with less headaches and joint pain. I also felt more alert and energized

The impulse to stop for fast food ever day, take larger portions, and eating late in the evenings.

Take walks either in morning or evening- 3x this week Take healthy snacks and water bottle to work so I won't buy from snack machine or fast food. Stick with menu for dinners so I don't waste good food already prepared.
