Natalie, we're rooting for you ... hey, you might try this -- pick a few PARTICULAR things that you don't think are good for your effort, and just cut those few things down (or cut them out). Start with just that daily Starbucks, maybe. Or that extra evening snack. Or add just a 15-minute walk, and choose to take the stairs, and park far away from the door. SMALL stuff adds up. Don't take on the whole world at once ... choose your battles. BUT KEEP UP THE EFFORT! It is SO worth it ... !
