I could have laid off the heavy fruits for dinner and snacks. They're like crack. Very delicious and full of sugars that stay in my fat stores.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Still eating vegan, but a lot more fruit that are high glycemic which made me hold on to more weight. Starting to transition to vegetarian. Incorporating eggs and dairy as I get closer to my goal. Little by little I'll get back to eating animals again but not going to rush it.

I really don't think this is fair. Why do I get penalized for losing weight? I assure you that their was no I'll intent on my part. Simply trying to lose weight to fit into my old uniform in time for my daughter's commissioning ceremony. Does it matter how much weight we lose? This is everybody's dream in the challenge. To lose a lot of weight. Winning is really just a by-product, but I think this a bunch of bull. Where does it mention this in the rules?
