Hi Julie D.. . I wonder if I saw you this morning at the Alien Chase Run. . I didn't join in, but I was out walking with a friend and we crossed paths with several who were running/walking at the Alien Chase! Good job for participating!

Your doing an awesome job. I also use C25K, but I also use Zombies,Run! app for my phone. I use them together. I have "cindy" (that's what I call her from C25K) in one ear telling me when to run and then I have my Zombie tales in the other ear. It keeps me entertained on the long 28 minute runs!!!
