Non-scale victory of the week!
I got 5 workouts in this week and my knee is feeling much much better. I'm hoping to be 100% by the end of these 6 months. I've been healing since Feb 2018 - it's been a looong road.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I'm not sure - this has been one of my most successful weeks in a long time. I'm super stoked with how this week went

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I'm going on a mission trip to Brazil with my oldest 2 kids this next week. I'm hoping to be able to keep to my healthy eating and to find a way to get some good exercise in!
