Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been sick for days so I am losing weight fairly quickly. I enjoy not having an appetite for a change.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
When I ate it wasn't good for me at all. I need to get more nutrients into my diet. Think I am due for homemade soup tonight
