Not being upset with myself and giving up after vacation.

Kept to my plan, or at least closer to it, during vacation! I did actually meet my under 198 goal but gained some back.

While I technically had 2 cheat “meals” on Saturday, I did not let it extend past that day and had two great days in a row afterwards.

Not let a hangover lead to a second, unplanned cheat meal.

Honestly I followed my plan quite well and wouldn’t change much! Maybe less cheese during my cheat snack?

Third week in a row of 5 workouts a week (more if I counted walking the dog!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I felt pretty good u til the weigh in; I suppose the amount I drank on Saturday and then the sundae on Sunday were not great choices, but I did technically stick with my plan (drink once a week, cheat meal or dessert once a week)
