Non-scale victory of the week!
Despite some crappy life stuff going on, stuck to eating low carb and resisted a plate of Christmas cookies rather than letting myself emotional eat.

have been wanting to incorporate intermittent fasting back into my routine but have been giving into morning hunger. also tomorrow is my bday and going to attempt to eat mostly low carb but going to allow a few indulgences!
