I did a 60 minute workout that was REALLY hard.

Went out to eat last night, and ate worse than I have in a long time.

My nutrition was SO GOOD last week! Really folllowed the plan. Water was almost double-so much better!

I did have Dairy Queen once last week (went as an outing with my team at work).
