Hey Cassie!! So glad you're here! Are you using any apps to log your food? I am using "Lose It". It's very helpful to me. I know I was doing a lot of "boredom" munching and just eating junk in general, so it's good that I have a calorie budget and it tells me exactly how much I have left. Plus it connects to my fitbit so it will incorporate any exercise I've done. Day one is half over, 27 more days to go. We can do this! :)
