I walked 5 miles, drank 10 cups of water, and ate very healthy for 4 of the 7 days last week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Apparently I should have eaten nothing at all, exercised 5 HOURS every day, and drank 10 gallons of water if I want to lose any weight at all.

To actually drop some weight?! In all honesty, I completely forgot about weighing in. So this current weight is not only one week before girl time, but it's also at the end of the day when my weight is usually around the highest. I'm really hoping to see a significant drop by next week. REALLY hoping...

I resisted sweets, and stayed pretty close to my diet.

Exercise. My sciatica had been giving me issues the last few weeks, but I think it's finally settling to the point I can start exercising again.

I had a party to go to and though there was a lot of food, I knew I wasn't hungry at all, and I managed to eat nothing but 2 small brownies. Normally I would have loaded up and ate just for the sake of eating.

More water, and a bit more self control with food.

My daughter has been having stomach issues and so we're going on an elimination diet to try to figure out if there some sort of allergy. I figured I'd do it too, so my goal this week is to really stick with it. We've eliminated gluten, corn, citrus fruits, added sugar and sweeteners, all near but turkey and chicken ... It's going to be tough.

I'm fairly upset about my weight, but am taking into account that girl well is coming, so that's going to throw my weight off for this week and probably next. It's still VERY discouraging though. However, I'm going to def. keep everything everyday and I have GOT to control my eating. It would help if I would get back into tracking my calories. I don't think my calories are TOO bad, but they're also not great, and what I'm eating isn't helping either. Ugh.
