I started a new diet today. Refused temptations

So yeah. I gained a few lbs eating at the Olive garden . Fuckin love carbs and tirimisu. Italian foods the best. I'm sticking to a strict diet for the next month. No more eating out.

Im starting a new dad diet that may persuade my to eat healthy by the end if I see results. It's called 1234 drop diet. First two days you eat unhealthy, the next month you are restricted strictly . Certain fruits and veggies, no bread or wheat at all. Only low fat yogurt, plain and milk. And no sugar. I'mma die. You also use amino acids under your tongue. They said there is 24 hr live support, kinda bull, cause I'm calling them at 5 am and no one's picking up.
