Slipped a disc and had spinal surgery last year - put on 4 stone due to inactivity (literally couldn't even walk). Now want to get fit and healthy again to take pressure off my spine and easier to walk/move/sleep etc.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Scales were going down and initially weighed almost 1lb less this morning then scale jumped back up when did the weigh-in. Which is depressing. Hopefully will jump back again tomorrow! Need to get back on track and sleep better. Massive cold is not helping things!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not gaining over the festive period!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did very well up to Xmas (having lost 11lbs from beginning of December up to Boxing Day but seem to have stalled since. As I have a slipped disc it is all about diet rather than exercise but at least I have not gained!
