The overeating and binging and then restriction. I can't keep a steady and focused approach. I am really going to work on that this time.

REALLY focus on food intake. I feel like that is the real first step. THEN get my exercise going again! I have to have a plan and not just an "I am going to do better" loose idea of what I am going to do.
