Non-scale victory of the week!

My pants all fit better again now that the belly bloat has gone down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to stay away from the Halloween candy a bit more but I am quitting smoking and it is tough so I'm trying not to be too hard on myself.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keep drinking water. Hit 5 days a week of exercise. Find a better alternative to Halloween candy when nicotine cravings kick in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started to eat a proper, healthier breakfast and be aware of what I'm putting into my body. Less visible bloating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely could have stayed away from so much Halloween candy, and made time to exercise properly.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Do 3 pole workouts, 2 non pole workouts and 1 yoga session. Continue watching what I eat and start eating a healthier lunch as well as carry on with the healthier breakfasts. Decrease drinks that are sugary and full of empty calories. Replace with tea and water.

Get to the store and buy some healthy options for myself for meals. Eat actual breakfast to start day off right. Drink more water!
