My pants all fit better again now that the belly bloat has gone down.

I still need to stay away from the Halloween candy a bit more but I am quitting smoking and it is tough so I'm trying not to be too hard on myself.

Keep drinking water. Hit 5 days a week of exercise. Find a better alternative to Halloween candy when nicotine cravings kick in.
