Non-scale victory of the week!
Everything is a little different right now due to Covid 19. I am working from home and no schools are open so Addy is trying to study at home. Unfortunately it is not so easy to keep it all going and some days are harder than others. Coming back to dietbet for accountability and hopefully support. I have gained so much weight in the last year. I need to be healthy and stay healthy to take care of my daughter.

This week has been pretty good. Probably less chocolate and treats.

I increased my water intake by a lot and decreased my soda intake by even more!
