Non-scale victory of the week!
I can tell that I've gained more flexibility from doing DDPY. My body doesn't hurt as bad and my body has increased mobility.

I could have chose not to eat processed foods during my fast meals.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I set a goal to wake up around 5:20 on weekday mornings and I want to stop selling myself short and get up everyday at 5 for exercise and just enjoy the morning air.
