Hi Rhonda! My name is Ninoshka (I don't have a pretty profile like I've noticed others do on here...but I swear I'm a real, non-creepy person). I'm a Beachbody Coach and I'm participating in Chris and Heidi's diet bet. Sounded like fun and I wanted some extra fire under my rear so I figured, why not :) First time Diet Bet-er, here! Have you ever heard of programs like Insanity, P90X, 21 Day Fix, PiYo, or Turbo Fire? These are all Beachbody programs. Programs you can do at home.
