This is about a reality check, right? Because you work at BK doesn't mean you can't make healthy choices and MOVE! You can do this - and I think WW is a wonderful program - but the commitment has to come from you!

Tee, struggles are always present and they are different for every person. Regarding food, this also was my issue as I have always worked out like a crazy man. There is a quote from a movie Hungry For Change that gave me the little push to fixing that problem, the one line was from David Wolfe: "The best strategy we've got is to just add in the good stuff. Eventually, it's going to crowd out the bad stuff." I am proud of you and your being on this journey, you are strong, and inspiring... keep up the great work. Thanks for sharing.
