I got over my funk mood! Instead of letting my depression win, I went to my gym and kicked the shit out of that bag!!! I also focused on drinking a LOT more water. So much water. I definitely noticed that it helps things flow better :)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Meal prep. I just need to get on it and not let my mind win the battle. I'm thankful my bf came over and helped prep a few things and that was a blessing.

No fast food. But, I am going to enjoy a date night and I'm not going to let my thoughts talk me out of enjoying it. I workout hard and I'm working on my healthy eating. I can enjoy one meal that's not quite on track! Mental goal. And meal prep more efficiently.
