Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel more energized. My clothes are fitting better!

Eat healthier more often. I'm doing better than before but I can improve!!

To eat mildly healthy while camping in Iceland! Hoping to walk a lot and enjoy a peaceful week of exploring nature!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost 220# by breaking up with a loser bf who was insecure. I used kickboxing as a mental boost. While punching, I reaffirmed positive traits in myself and that really helped.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No fast food at ALL. No candies either.

No candy/mt dew. No fast food. M meditate at least 2 times to instill positive thoughts in my mind.

I feel more energized. I'm better at my kickboxing classes and getting better mentally.

No extra treats. Just one cheat meal on one day.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got over my funk mood! Instead of letting my depression win, I went to my gym and kicked the shit out of that bag!!! I also focused on drinking a LOT more water. So much water. I definitely noticed that it helps things flow better :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prep. I just need to get on it and not let my mind win the battle. I'm thankful my bf came over and helped prep a few things and that was a blessing.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

No fast food. But, I am going to enjoy a date night and I'm not going to let my thoughts talk me out of enjoying it. I workout hard and I'm working on my healthy eating. I can enjoy one meal that's not quite on track! Mental goal. And meal prep more efficiently.

To not get discouraged. To not let my thoughts win. I haven't been losing weight but I am working toward a healthier me. I'm hoping the scale starts to show this.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started the Fall Into Fitness challenge but then caught a horrible sinus head cold with full body coughs, so I RESTED! I usually push through and live life the same but I knew kickboxing would've been too much and i'm glad I tookthe time to recover.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've eaten less fast food.

No soda and too workout at least 5 times this week. I'm still a little head congested but I'm gonna go light and make it work.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to 5 classes and it felt really good!! Also, these shorts I'm wearing to do my weigh in photos feel better on me! I feel like I'm losing inches!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did eat fast food 2 times. I want to make it a goal to eat NO FAST FOOD this week :) I was eating it everyday, so even 2 times is dramatically less than what I was eating.

My gym is doing a Fall into Fitness challenge so my goal is to exercise 6 days this week!!! I also want to eat no fast food! I am going to do the body comp scale at complete nutrition to see how my body changes over the next 26 days!!!
