Non-scale victory of the week!
Resisting the urge to eat without tracking. I was macro compliant for 5 full days and worked out every day.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I started intermittent fasting, which is hard and causes alot of self doubt. It's hard to fight it but I am finding my motivation. I need to be a little more flexible and cut myself slack in healthy ways.
