Non-scale victory of the week!

I can feel that my legging are not having to stretch as much and I have not had soda all week. So I guess that’s progress !

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have eaten better, but I’ve been a bit lazy in the cooking department .

cooking more at home and making meals for work.

I could have left the ice cream in the freezer . However, it was far less than usual.
