Didn’t drink all week, controlled what I ate on this work trip, no Diet Coke! Clothes feel great! Went to the gym at 5:30am twice!

Reduced my walking time of mile by 3 minutes! Quit Diet Coke! My clothes look so much better on me and I have so much energy!
