Non-scale victory of the week!
2 of my goals for this diet bet are to not eat pizza and fast food.. I think I can achieve this! I am trying to focus on whole real foods this month... I'm anxious to see what the end of the month will look like if I stick to it! Also, a 3rd would be to cut candy out... wow ...if I can do those 3 things i may not be near 200 lbs for long...
