Non-scale victory of the week!

2 of my goals for this diet bet are to not eat pizza and fast food.. I think I can achieve this! I am trying to focus on whole real foods this month... I'm anxious to see what the end of the month will look like if I stick to it! Also, a 3rd would be to cut candy out... wow ...if I can do those 3 things i may not be near 200 lbs for long...

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm so excited to finally see some results! I am going to reach my goal! I am just blown away with my progress... I tried so hard over the past year to make some progress and my weight barely would go below 200 lbs and here I am my "nighttime weight" is 193.7 This morning I was at 192! Wow! I know tomorrow it may be a little above that and that's ok! Goals will be reached!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started my 2nd diet bet yesterday. I'm expected to be at 185 in a month. That just blows my mind that I might get there. Wow! I weighed this morning at 193. I'm still baffled that I'm here! I know it's up to me to meet my goal. I can do it and I'm excited to get back to where I was at before I had Kae!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm finally kicking the weight off! I stopped the endless extra snacking and cut out the crap I was consuming and it's showing! I'm feeling better about myself and hope this trend continues. I see my goal in sight again!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to knock off the candy! I'm down 1.5 lbs this week... Hopefully the trend continues. In the past year I have not been below 195 lbs. I'm going to give it my all :)
