Non-scale victory of the week!

drank about a gallon of water a day M-F. still working in getting in enough water over the weekend. I resisted tempting food more than not! i mealmprepperd a few times in the morning before leaving for work. I exercised 4 times this week, and one time was difficult because of my 18-month old son, but still did it!

maybe had a few healthier snack options. I need to plan a little better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting tempting food and portion control. Making myself eat slowly as well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water and could have resisted a little bit better. Wanted to work out four mornings this week, but only did two mornings. I’ll workout both Saturday and Sunday tho.

WATER!!! Exercising at least 4 days. Continue resisting the tempting snacks and my self control when I do eat.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Staying accountable with proper nutrition, portion control, and exercising regularly. I tend to burn out easily, so I’m trying to be more intentional about finding balance.
