Non-scale victory of the week!
drank about a gallon of water a day M-F. still working in getting in enough water over the weekend. I resisted tempting food more than not! i mealmprepperd a few times in the morning before leaving for work. I exercised 4 times this week, and one time was difficult because of my 18-month old son, but still did it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
maybe had a few healthier snack options. I need to plan a little better.
