What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I had a baby two months ago and still breastfeeding so I’m not restricting my diet, just choosing healthier options but I still need a lot of calories so I’m adding in work outs to make up for it. Also making sure I stay super hydrated
