Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been on my period for what seems like an eternity, 6 days. I always bloat and crave massive amounts of food. I did actually pretty well with food considering it was that time of that month. But..it is what it is. Hopefully, the water weight will be gone in the next couple of days. I've been walking at least a half mile every morning and feeling great. No fatigue whatsoever! Yay! I may add another half mile today. Still feeling optimistic about hitting my goal weight!

Nothing. I was on my period and I still rocked it! BOOM!
