Non-scale victory of the week!

I did better increasing my water! I downloaded a new app for my phone and apple watch, which has helped send me friendly reminders!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I tend to do great at first, lose up to 10 lbs and then for some reason I get stuck. After a few weeks, I end up giving up. I really need to push through and make it work!

I need to drink more water! SO much more water. I'd also like to work out at least 3 times this week; Even if its a 20 minute walk, or an hour at the gym.
