diet really couldn’t have been better. It took til last night to see significant ketones on the test strip, but weight is flying off anyways

I guess it’s a victory to get back on the wagon here. Been an awful few months for my physical health. I knew my weight was creeping up again but man, I didnt know how much. Back near an all time high.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Should’ve done a game a month ago, or at least kept up with progress weigh ins, so I’d have seen how bad it’s gotten
