What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I was doing so good then I let myself get off track. I'm upset bc my goal was so close. I'm realizing now what a lifelong thing dieting will be for me. I'm working on the lifestyle mindset. I need this to get myself together.
