I would highly suggest using MyFitnessPal and tracking your macros if you are not already. Also Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a great book. I just finished it reading it last week. I gained 10 pounds over the last couple months because of stress and was just stuck and could not budge the scale. Been tracking my macros since this DietBet started and actually eating more than I had been before and I have a pound left to make my goal weight for this.
